Exchanges & Returns (Refund Policy)

Products before shipment: You can cancel your order by pressing the cancel button on the website. Products after shipping processing: Unopened items will be refunded or exchanged for items of the same amount or less at the customer's shipping cost only if you contact the customer support center (phone number +81-90-6322-4244) and email (sales@a-ja-autoparts.com ) within 10 days after the item arrives. We do not accept returns or exchanges of products after opening. If < product is defective> we will refund or exchange it for a new product at our shipping expense.
